Comic Books - Necessary Information

Placing an Order: Please inquire as to the availability of item(s) you may be interested in, and await confirmation of the item(s) *BEFORE* sending payment! All inquiries will receive a response. Most within just a few hours! All orders will be held for seven days awaiting payment. Immediate shipping upon receipt of payment. Strict grading whether buying or selling. Order with confidence! References available.

Payment Terms: Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card. Checks must clear(up to 2 weeks) prior to shipping. Credit card purchases are done thru  and ship within 24 hours of confirmation .Checks and money orders must be made payable to---James Bailey.

Scans: Scans of any book can be requested. I'll get them done as quickly as possible for you.

Time Payments: Time payments are possible on larger ticket items. My standard arrangement is 25% down(non-refundable) and three(3) equal monthly installments. Terms can be customized to suit your needs, just email me to discuss!!

Shipping Info: Shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Item(s) can be shipped however you like. Generally though, I've found the  Priority Mail option offered by the US Postal Service to be the most efficient and cost effective.

Return Policy: Any item may be returned for any reason, as long as I receive the item(s) back within 5 days of your receipt and in same condition sent. Full refund (minus shipping) will be sent upon receipt.(EXCEPTION:  Any CGC encapsulated items are sold AS IS. CGC "slabbed" books have been professionally graded and certified - there should be no reason for returns.   Time Payment purchases which are returned, forfeit the original 25% downpayment.

Buying & Trading: I am always interested in acquiring new material! Let me know what you have! I do quite a bit of trading so, if you see something that "strikes your fancy", send me your list and we'll get started on the negotiating!! My main interests are high grade Golden Age, classic covers, and key issues.

Send me your Want Lists: Send me your lists! I am constantly trying to fill lists for folks! Please be sure to include all pertinent information with your list(i.e.- lowest acceptable grade(s), amounts you are willing to pay, order of priority, etc). Send me your want list.
